Beginning and experienced mediators are welcome to sit with us. There is no fee.
The group is grounded in Vipassana meditation (focused on mindfulness of breathing) but any form of silent-still meditation is very much welcome.
If you have an interest in meditation but have no previous experience, a brief experiential introduction to meditation will be offered a half an hour before the meditation if you notify us before the meeting. The introduction will only be offered beforehand with prior notification.
You need not register in advance....walk in's are welcome. After brief introductions, we will have a short meditation to be followed by a reading. Afterwards, members will be invited to share their experience of the reading.
Participants receive 10% off all in store merchandise the day of the meditation.
