Beginning and experienced mediators are welcome to sit with us. Even if you have an interest in meditation but have no previous experience, you are still welcome. There is no fee. You need not register in advance....walk in's are welcome.
The group is grounded in Vipassana meditation (focused on mindfulness of breathing) but any form of silent-still meditation is very much welcome.
After brief introductions, we will have a short meditation to be followed by a reading. Afterwards, members will be invited to share their experience of the reading.
