Meditation for Beginners

Attain health, clarity, and joy with Meditation for Beginners. In this one hour session, you will learn Isha Kriya, a simple 12-18 minute practice, to help you become meditative effortlessly. Isha Kriya does not require any previous experience with meditation and can be done sitting in a chair. The program is free and open to anyone above the age of 12 years.

The program is designed by Sadhguru, a realized yogi and a foremost authority in the field of yoga. A trained instructor will conduct the program, after which ongoing online support will be available. Brought to you by Isha Foundation, an international non-profit organization aimed to bring well-being to everyone through yoga and meditation. There is no fee and no need to pre-register since walk-in's are welcome. Participants receive 10% off all in store merchandise that evening.
