Art on the Town: Celebrating Student Art with Will

Join us for the seasons first ART on the TOWN-Celebrating Student Art where Will, a 12 year old, sixth grade student in Appleton will display, and sell his origami creations. He will also teach visitors to fold their own origami cranes.

Will has been making modular origami for about four years. He started doing origami when his mom worked on an exhibit at Appleton’s Paper Discovery Center, and has learned to fold many models since then. His favorite is the Bascetta Star. Most models are made from 30 individual sheets of paper that Will folds and then assembles into three-dimensional creations.

Rochelle will be here doing $10 psychic readings from 5 - 8 pm. Walk -in appointments only!

Enjoy complimentary VandeWalle's Candies chocolates as you have fun during this interactive art experience.

As the event nears go to the Appleton Downtown Inc. website for a brochure of all of the participating businesses and their offers.
