To Schedule a Reading: Readings can be booked up to an hour in advance online by clicking here. If you would like to book a reading less than an hour in advance, if you have a gift certificate / in-store credit, or simply would prefer not to use the online booking page please call us at (920) 738-6636. Walk-ins are also welcomed for in-store readings.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. All refunds will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can also be refunded as an in-store credit with no cancellation fee and no expiration date.
No refunds or in-store credit will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to appointment. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
What to Expect For Your Appointment: Please arrive to the store at least 5 minutes early and check in at the front desk. When it is your turn we will bring you back to our private psychic reading room where your reading will be conducted. If you booked a telephone reading our reader will call you at your scheduled time using the phone number you signed up with. Feel free to come with specific questions or just allow the cards to speak for themselves!
Individual readings are meant for only one person at a time and others are not allowed to sit in. You are welcome to record the reading on your cellphone if you would like to show it to others or reflect on it later. Time slots cannot be split among multiple people. Please book separate appointments for each individual.
Couples readings are assessed an extra $5 charge and are designed for two people. The reading will focus on your relationship with one another.
